This is a weekly announcement of achievements, reasons to celebrate, and other things to break the “boring” image of a Monday morning. Certificates are given to achievers.
RPH (Random Power Hour).
This is done to motivate everyone to have a submission for a certain hour that the activity is announced. All of the recruiters who are able to submit qualifies for a featured game and win prizes.
Virtual Mang Mario Store.
It is a version of a Filipino store which has almost everything that you need. The items in the store are purchased by team members using accumulated points from hitting or exceeding their weekly recruiting goals.
Theme Fridays.
These are events one Friday of every month. Everyone dresses up depending on the theme. The food, activities, and games are also tailored based on the celebration.
HYPE
